Albert Bulbulyan
Pianist, Arranger, Composer
Albert Bulbulyan, an innately versatile and commercially successful musical arranger and performer, began playing the piano at the age of 3. Musical sounds and instruments were his exclusive interests as a child.
At the age of 6, he was accepted into the prestigious Tchaikovsky Music School in Yerevan, to study both piano and composition. There, Bulbulyan developed his ability to write, arrange, and improvise his own music.
He immigrated to the United States with his family in 1988, where he continued his studies with private instructors while also working professionally in bands, playing for private gatherings, and holding recitals and concerts.
In 1997, he received an honorary Master of Music degree from Komitas State Conservatory in Yerevan, while he was playing in concerts and working in studios there in Yerevan. Mr. Bulbulyan writes and arranges music for major shows in Las Vegas, Nevada, and participates in multiple philanthropic musical programs, as well as the outreach programs of New Hope Singers. He has received honorary awards and state prizes for his musical accomplishments.
